


In the arrangement, Facebook will allows businesses to target previous customers with sponsored ads most particularly those who have previously sent messages to those businesses. This would resemble what we see on Instagram and Facebook itself. Seems the rewards were really handsome and now Facebook is planning on rolling it to the world before the finish of 2017.

For some time, Facebook had tested this feature on Australia and Thailand. It is now planning on extending such ads to the home screen of Facebook Messenger. Facebook has been increasingly getting engrossed with ads.
